Brent Freeland

Owner and founder of Freeland Fitness, Brent established hit fitness center in 2013 after achieving a major personal weight-loss transformation. After losing more than 75 pounds, he was inspired to turn his experience into a career focused on helping others improve their health, fitness, and quality of life.

His mission is to equip clients with the knowledge, tools, and motivation needed to live long, healthy, and independent lives while learning how to exercise safely and effectively.

With more than 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, Brent designs individualized training programs based on the understanding that every body is different. He focuses on evidence-based fitness and nutrition principles, helping clients avoid misinformation and follow proven, science-driven methods to reach their goals.

Brent holds both a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Physiology and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from the University of Tampa. He is a certified personal trainer through ACE and NASM and maintains current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
